We Found Lichen During a Solar Clean

We were asked to clean the solar panels on the roof of this property. We found a heavy concentration of lichen on the lower roof, so were able to offer the extra service of partial roof treatment on the spot.

Lichen and algae need to be controlled and eliminated otherwise unforseen damage can occur to both roof and solar panel.

Whilst we were there, at no extra charge, we also did a complimentry clean of the skylights.

The owners were happy because the lichen was viewed out of their bedroom window and looked unsightly on the skylights from below.

In a few weeks, the lichen will be dead on all roof materials, then slowly dislodge with assistance of mother nature or a spray of water. Even better, the treatment will last for two years.
